EVERY USER, WHETHER INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY, WHO INTENDS TO USE THE SERVICES OF FINEST FLIGHTS, MUST ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ALL OTHER POLICIES AND PRACTICES THAT GOVERN IT.
Before registering on our website, users must carefully read and ensure they understand and accept all conditions established in the General Terms & Conditions of Use of the Site, Privacy Policies, and other documents incorporated therein by reference.

Finest Flights allows users to purchase airline tickets issued through miles as the provider of those miles.
Finest Flights services are available only to persons with the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Users who cannot comply with the terms and practices set out in these Terms & Conditions and other related documents are unable to use our services.
It is also prohibited for the same person to make more than one registration on our website. If duplicate entries are detected, both will be permanently disabled.
Legal entities can register through their legal representatives and must provide their data, in addition to the information requested in the form about the company.
Please note that Finest Flights has no formal partnerships with any airlines. We act independently to provide our services and do not represent or have any binding agreements with the airlines offered through our platform.
The registration of a potential user will be confirmed only after completing all mandatory fields presented in the form. The information entered in the registration must be exact, precise, and authentic, with the user being responsible for the veracity of this data. The user also undertakes to keep this information updated whenever necessary.
We reserve the right to use any means possible to identify our users and to request additional data and documents that we deem pertinent to verify the data provided. If untrue data is identified or if the user refuses to provide the required documents, Finest Flights may block, temporarily suspend, or definitively cancel the registration, without prejudice to other necessary measures.
In case of any sanction referred to above, the services offered to the user will be immediately canceled, without any right to indemnity or reimbursement. The user will access their account via e-mail (login) and password previously registered by them and undertake not to inform these data to third parties, being fully responsible for their use.
The user must notify Finest Flights immediately through our service channels of any unauthorized use of their account. The user will be solely responsible for operations carried out on their account, as access will only be possible through the insertion of a password, the knowledge of which is exclusive to the user.
Under no circumstances will the assignment, sale, rent, or other forms of account transfer to third parties be allowed.
The login determined by the user cannot resemble the name Finest Flights. We reserve the right to refuse any registration request and to cancel a previously accepted registration if it is in disagreement with the policies and rules of this term.
These terms may be amended at any time to improve the services provided by Finest Flights. The new Terms and Conditions will come into effect 15 days after being published on the website. Within 7 days from the publication of the changes, the user must communicate by email if they disagree with the amended terms.
In this case, the contractual relationship will cease to exist, as long as there are no outstanding accounts or debts. If there is no communication within the stipulated period, it is defined that the user has accepted the new Terms and Conditions and the contract will remain in force between the parties.
New changes will not affect transactions and advertisements that started before they are posted. In these cases, the previous Terms & Conditions will be valid.
The information provided by the user is stored securely. We guarantee to take all possible measures to maintain the absolute confidentiality of our customer's personal data. However, we will not be liable for damages arising from the violation of these measures by third parties who may use public networks or the internet to subvert security systems and access user information.
The user expressly authorizes that their information and personal data be shared by Finest Flights with other member companies of the economic group. For more information on personal data protection or cases in which confidentiality may be broken, consult the Privacy Policy page.
The use of devices, software, or other resources that interfere with the activities and operations of Finest Flights is prohibited. Any intrusion, attempted violation, or activity that violates intellectual property law or these Terms & Conditions will result in legal actions and the relevant sanctions, including indemnities for any damage caused.
Finest Flights may advise, suspend, or cancel user registration, initiate legal actions, and/or suspend the provision of services if:
Finest Flights is liable for any damages caused to its users due to defects or errors relating exclusively to the provision of its hosting service and placement of offers on the finestflights.com website. However, it is not responsible for technical and/or operational defects or errors arising from the user's system or third parties.
Finest Flights is not responsible for any damage, loss, or loss suffered by the user due to internet failures, system issues, or server problems resulting from third-party conduct or force majeure. Finest Flights is also not responsible for any virus that may affect the user's equipment as a result of accessing, using, or browsing the internet or as a result of data transfer.

The Finest Flights website may contain links and logos of other websites, which do not imply that these websites are owned, partnered with, or operated by Finest Flights. Finest Flights is not responsible for the content, practices, or services offered by these websites. The presence of links and logos does not imply any partnership, supervision, complicity, or affiliation with these websites or their content.
Users must indemnify Finest Flights, its affiliates, controlled or controlling companies, directors, administrators, collaborators, representatives, and employees for any demand promoted by other users or third parties arising from their activities on the website or for their breach of the Terms & Conditions and other policies, or violation of any law or rights of third parties, including attorneys' fees.
Currently, we use social media platforms, especially WhatsApp, as the main communication channels. You can send us a message there or use our website. If you message us, our team will try to find you promotional seats. Once you have chosen your options, our team will initiate the booking process.
Payment is made using debit or credit cards (Apple Pay and Google Pay are also options) through Stripe. We currently do not support AMEX cards. If you only have an AMEX card, our team will provide you with a PayPal invoice in USD, with a +2% fee added to the total equivalent amount.
Our team requires the passengers' details: First and Last name, date of birth, gender, Passport number, passport expiry date, and nationality. To ensure accurate data entry on the ticket, we strongly advise attaching a passport copy. Finest Flights will not be responsible for any errors in the spelling of names or other passenger details if the passport is not attached.
The booking process takes place after payment. Once the payment is made, Finest Flights will begin issuing the tickets. It may take up to 12 hours to finalize the ticket issuance. Normally, our team delivers within 4 hours. In rare cases, it might take longer due to the non-conventional booking method and priority given to imminent flights on weekends and holidays. If tickets are not issued within 24 hours, we will provide a full refund.
Once the booking is completed, you will receive an email from the airline confirming your booking and a message from our team. You will be able to manage your booking through the airline's website or application.
Tickets sold by Finest Flights do not allow changes, refunds, or cancellations, except in the case where Finest Flights is unable to book the ticket after payment. If the airline changes the travel date of your booked flight, you can fly on the changed date on the same flight or we can reallocate you to another flight for free, provided the same fare is available.
Finest Flights operates solely online to serve customers globally, with staff in multiple regions and time zones. Promotional seats are limited. Check several days before or after your desired travel date for better availability. Economy tickets cannot be upgraded, but you can book a new business class ticket with us.
Finest Flights cannot book infant on lap tickets with miles; instead, we book an infant on seat ticket for a more comfortable flight. Finest Flights tickets do not allow passengers below 16 years to be alone on a single reservation unless accompanied by an adult.
Promotional tickets have specific terms that do not allow cancellation, refund, or rebooking unless specified differently at booking. You will get the same luggage allowance as provided by the airline, depending on the class and cabin.
Tickets booked with Finest Flights do not accumulate points or rewards, but the discount is often better. Once your ticket is issued, you can manage your flight via the airline's app or manage my booking page. Regarding pets, it depends on the airline rules, but it is usually possible to request special luggage for pets. You can request special assistance from the manage my booking page.
Finest Flights tickets must have fixed dates. Adding a passenger from another reservation depends on the airline. Finest Flights recommends booking all passengers on the same reservation, especially children.
Our tickets are award tickets and are 100% confirmed, not subject to seat availability. Finest Flights does not offer installment payments yet but will notify once this service is available. Bank transfer payments are accepted, but Finest Flights must confirm the money receipt before issuing your ticket, which may take 2-5 business days.
Business Class tickets allow free seat selection. For Economy, the airline assigns seats automatically for free. You can choose seats for a fee if desired. If you miss the first flight, the return ticket is canceled unless booked on different reservation numbers (PNR).
In case of an infant, Finest Flights will book a child ticket for you instead, providing you with more space (an additional seat) and extra luggage. Please note that Finest Flights cannot book an infant on lap. Please note that due to this, the airline may charge you for the bassinet service.
All items in these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For all matters relating to the interpretation, compliance, or any other question related to these Terms & Conditions, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Sharjah Media City, UAE.
